I decided to try out a subscription of Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food Magazine. I haven’t received a copy yet (I just signed up today online), but I am looking forward to finding some new recipes the “snail mail” way. Thanks to theorbo for reminding me about this magazine!
I’ve been impressed by some recipes found on the Everday Food website so far (including the prune brownies posted earlier). I hope to share more (healthy) Everyday Food recipes on my blog moving forward.

- Mediterranean Chicken Stew — I’ve never even heard of escarole before, though apparently it’s similar to kale. I will probably use that as a substitute if I cannot find this escarole thing!!
